I love this kid. I think we got ourselves a hidden gem - fingers crossed
The fact that Keith Richards has outlived Richard Simmons, sure makes me question this whole, "healthy eating and exercise" thing

This kid has not only played himself on the team but maybe played himself into the starting lineup.  Strength and effort = 1st string.

The kid "pops" on tv and has a unique energy - you can clearly see he is a "football player"

Reminds me of this play. https://youtu.be/767bidBGSJk?si=EVx2W-Rfy937z108
Live I didn't see who made the tackle, just that the 1st # on the jersey was a 9.

Impressive hustle but also impressive Chatman could get there in time.

madbadger

Hope he develops into Jim Burt 2.0. Other than the play of Nabers and the O offensive line his hustle was the big takeaway for me.

His last PFF score doesn't seem to match our enthusiasm?

Watching live, I knew exactly what was happening & refused to believe it. He's a very rare human being. Bob
If Jeff Hostetler could do it, Daniel Jones can do it !!!

He isn't Aaron Donald but if we can create the right situational niches for him he is the kind of high energy, feel good guy who can elevate others as well as himself. That is De Vito's main attribute if truth be told but it is easier to get a DL5 snaps than a QB3 in 'normal' game mode.

london: This is what I'm hoping for (or dreaming about). lol

It's a very rare occasion when something that good happens to the Giants, so I'm not holding my breath.

But I do think he'll make the team (at least until a larger veteran with decent experience is cut).

Ed Vette

"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."

I think the height thing can play to his advantage situationally.  Not always of course.  Like I doubt he is batting down to many passes, but getting under pads of IOLs can cause trouble.
