Neal has played outside tackle his entire football career. Hard to just flip the switch and move inside to guard especially in the NFL.

If Roten is playing center, I suspect Stinnie will play guard along with Runyan.

Daboll and Schoen made it clear they have no intention of trying Neal at guard (not saying I agree, but that was what was said at their presser)

Seems a little stubborn to not at least try to get some reps in for who is now a backup that failed at the position they are forcing.

While possible Bricillo gets more out of him when healthy (already a big if) it is not guaranteed, and since he is now on the bench, I feel like it is at least worth trying, or getting a few reps in so you are prepared for any situations that come about.

I actually think he can potentially excel at RG. He won't have as much open space to work with, I too often see guys fly right past him, which in theory shouldn't happen as much inside, with some health cooperation, and better OL coaching, and his physical attributes, I just dont see why not at least consider it.
