The bottom 10 rosters as we head into the season

This doesn't look wildly off base to me. If people want to argue 29th is too low and we deserve to be more like 25th, fair enough, but it's kind of splitting hairs. We're not a top 20 roster as of right now.

The 10 teams in the list seem like the fair picks for the bottom 10.
