coaching change????

for those urging a coach/GM change, do you do that 2 games into the season???  Do you???

IF SO, what about the OC and DC and other coaches????
AND, who do you hire???

IMO there's a possible answer out there.....if you really want to do that......   Maybe this:       You likely keep the rest of the staff, minus HC and GM, and hire an unknown to fill both roles.  Well, maybe not unknown.  Bill Belichick.

Bill is too old and outdated it's why his teams went way down hill the past 5 years imo.

Klint Kubiak is the guy a grab to mold a new Qb and lead the franchise. Grab a Zimmer or Evero to take over the entire Defense and

Kubiak is the son of Gary Kubiak and he gets it. The whole reason the Vikings were good in 2022 was because of him, goes to be the pass game coordinator in San Fran and develops Purdy, then goes to the saints this year with the same tools they had last year with a very pedestrian offense and turns them overnight into a juggernaut that scores on every possession. He's the guy to turn our offense into something and mold a Qb.

The problem is the Giants won't hire him because after 3 coordinator hires to hc they'll be scared to and get some hc retread.

The game has changed, all the elite coaches are young elite offensive or defensive minds that come from certain trees. I just wish for once the Giants would do what good teams do. Having the 1st pick will hopefully entice a good coach but we need a guy.
