Be careful of the highlight reels. Arch has a way to go before he can be considered a top QB. The Defense they faced was extremely weak and the RR system is a well Designed Offense. It was like TX was playing the Paramus HS football team. He missed hot reads and checkdowns and I haven't even finished watching the tape. He's got talent and he's a chip off the old grandpa.

Every QB at any point is growing in their career.  How do traits look at his stage?  I'd say pretty darn good.  Work to go?  Yes.  On a runway to success?  Yes also.

If there is a year to win this is it. Next year we are tanking. Eli and Payten guiding Arch to the Giants. If the Giants aren't the worst they need the highest pick after that to trade.

Arch will be good and a top draft pick. However we need a QB in the 2025 draft, and I think there are a number of good QBs in this draft. Ewers, Ward, Dart, Beck, NUssmeier, and possible Milroe (to name a few).
