I was surprised with the offense overall yesterday, positively, obviously.

When I heard that Singletary and Nabers were both out I thought we'd be in for a treat, but the offensive line really stepped up, giving Jones enough time to do his job, and equally playing well to create the gaps the Backs could hit and run downfield with.

Not so pleased with the fumbles recently obviously... we need to get rid of those.

Daniel Jones lowered his shoulder into Seahawks defenders on Sunday ... then lowered his shoulder into the outside doubters and media narratives.

This was D.J. in attack mode. It's him and the Giants against everyone. And he is running towards the storm.

"I think [it's just about] knowing what's real, knowing what's actually going on, what happened. You can't follow the storyline of the week," Jones said of avoiding distractions in New York's media market. "I think that's just about focusing on what we do, listening to the opinions that matter. That's the people in the building -- coaches, teammates -- and focus on that. Not distracting yourself or allowing yourself to look outside of it."

Did anyone else feel like the pocket awareness was better yesterday?  Its certainly not a stat, so maybe this belongs in one of the many other DJ threads.

Just felt like he ran out of trouble yesterday instead of creating more of it.

Thought it was his best performance of the season overall.

I think the longer DJ plays behind this functional offensive line, the more comfortable and effective he will be

I completely agree.
More specifically the Dallas game was one of the better games I have seen from Jones, not so much in the first couple games.

Yesterday's All-22 is not out yet but obviously the mindset going into watching the film was there was lots of good. At time pressure anticipation was clear even on the TV coverage.

I was talking to Bobby Skinner about the All-22 in camp.  Giants content creators have black market sources for their all-22 that is quicker than the NFL's official channel.

I thought yesterday was his best game of the season by far.

Like the Seahawks last week, the Bengals this week, leaked a boat of points so they could be ripe for the taking.

Here are his numbers for the last four games

67% 952 Yards 6 TD 1 Int 100.1 RTG 69.05 QBR

Here are just some of his stats and where he compares to his QB peers over the last five games.

His 1138 passing yards ranks him 10th in the league.

His 6 TD's ranks him 12th

His QBR of 61.3 ranks him 12th

His RTG of 86.3 ranks him 22nd

Every week he is getting better and better and is ascending.

Currently he is projected to throw for over 3,850 yards, however at this rate if he continues to improve then I believe he throws for over 4,000 yards.

He currently has a 6 TD to 3 Int ratio, and is projected to throw for over 20 TD's, however if he continues to ascend than this number will increase by the end of the year.

13 more games to go, lets how the year transpires.

There is already a topic, made yesterday, about Jones stats in the game, why is there another?

How come you are projecting Jones numbers and you did not do the same in the other topic about our edge rushers?

he has definitely stepped it up. he's been crisp. almost every throw yesterday was exactly where he needed to put it. as others have stated, he just needs to keep it up. working the TE yesterday was working really well. he still needs a signature game though. like the comeback against arizona last year. he was unstoppable.
