What running back does Tyrone Tracy Jr remind you of?

Just curious, if you had to name any player from any team, past or present, that Tracy (in the little we have seen of him) reminds you of, who would it be, and why?

I actually don't have anyone in mind yet myself ... I am still mulling it and would like to see more of him. But I'm curious what others think.

I'm going to hold off. I want to see a little more. I'll have some ideas in the next game or two. I assume we're going to see more of this guy no matter what Motor's health situation is.

I see Tracy as a RB with superior vision, able to contribute in more than just one facet of the game.

This, to me, puts him in the category of Christian McCaffrey. 

Obviously, you're not saying Tracy is "the next Gale Sayers" and I'm not saying he's the "next McCaffrey" but I think the comparisons are apt for both guys, but the fact that Tracy used to play WR makes him more like McCaffrey (and hard to compare to Sayers because the game is so different these days).

In any event, Tracy was good for one game. In the NFL, the more film defenses get on you, the harder the next game becomes. We will see whether Tracy can take another step forward on Sunday night.

Bob took the words right out of my mouth. I was going to mention McCaffrey. Of course, he's not at that level yet, but McCaffrey's skill set is being sneaky elusive and fast, but also an above average receiver. It would certainly be nice if Tracy came up to anything close to McCaffrey's game. We certainly know Tracy can play like a WR since that was his game for 3 out of the 4 years he played in college

Jim: Yes, I also see something about Tracy that reminds me of Tiki. But (repeating myself), IMO the game has changed enough (even in the relatively brief time since Tiki quit) that it's harder to compare Tracy to Tiki than comparing him to a guy who's still playing. Bob

He reminds me of Tony Dorsett. He's got that same stride and his natural way of showing the leg and taking it away while he changes direction.
