I totally understand, and you're not wrong.  And that is exactly why all of this attacking other posters rather than just discussing the game, the team, and the players is, IMO, so bad for the board.  No one should have to worry about posting something and getting eviscerated for it.
I'd rather be a disappointed optimist than a vindicated pessimist.

Not slowing my roll

To tell you the truth, I am GLAD when someone takes the time to provide a contrary position in response to any post I make on this board, even if it is a little cheeky. That tells me, at the very least, they took time to read what I wrote and consider it before replying.

But even being cheeky has its limits to where things get personal in a negative connotation. That's why it is important to carefully preview your responses and ask yourself if this will violate the board's policies.

No matter what, we're all in this together and, in the end, it is important we validate that with whom we converse here with. That reinforces precisely what this forum is supposed to be all about.

Peace!

Upon further review I think you were right on this.  He slowed down before getting near Hurts.

Isn't shotgun used to make passing easier?

There seems to be some agreement he has deficiencies even in shotgun, how well is he seeing the field from under center?

Let's hope he can learn and mature. He can be an integral cog down the road. I think he's had trouble adjusting to the new system.

It's also worth noting in my opinion the defense has gotten better as the season went on.
