Two ways to do it. With Rookie perceived potential or as they are at this point in 2024. I think the list starts with,

Dexter Lawrence
Andrew Thomas
"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."
~ Coach Tom Coughlin

It's those two, Burns, and Nabers. Those four are the only four who are relevant in the league. After that it's up for debate who the other six are, but none are significant in terms of the whole league.

Not in terms of the league. On the team.

I forgot about him, replace Pinnock with him on mine, maybe move him up a spot or two.

I don't know that I could feel accurate in ranking them 1-15 but here is a tiered top 15:

Tier 1 (3) All-Pro ability
Dex
Andrew Thomas
Nabers (yes I am comfortable listing him with these guys with what I have seen)

Tier 2 (5)
Plus players with big upside, not quite the best at their position
Okereke
Burns (subject to move up with recent performances)
Thibs
Banks
Phillips

Tier 3 (7) Solid Contributors, but not necessarily difference makers.
Slayton
Eluemunor
McFadden
Nubin
Pinnock
Tracy
Gillam

I would have had Gano instead of Gillam if he wasn't on IR.

15. Robinson

Even if you add Dru Philips (as Ed suggest) this team runs out of above average talent fast (around 10 or 11)
SMART, TOUGH, DEPENDABLE

Just to make all of us about how deficient the 2024 Giants are of talent, I looked at the 1986 Giants starters and put together 15 off of them.  Disregard where ranked:

1. LT
2. Harry Carson
3. Leonard Marshall
4. Mark Bavaro
5. Jim Burt
6. Carl Banks
7. Joe Morris
8. Brad Benson
9. Mark Collins
10. Phil Simms
11. Perry Williams
12. Terry Kinard
13. Billy Ard
14. Bart Oates
15. Kenny Hill

Think about how talented each player was in terms of ranking in the NFL at their position.  How many top 10s do you see?  I count 10 who were probably top 10 but more importantly all 15 are likely top 20 and rest of starters are top 25 and first 5 backups are top 35.

How do you think that would look in the age of Free Agency and a Salary Cap?

I totally forgot about Dru. I'd put him somewhere in the 8-12 range I guess.

Pick the top 15 of the current Lions, Chiefs, etc and do the same thing.
