Huh?  If you know the rules, it was as a legit penalty as the Pitt face mask. Nabers f'd up, not the refs.

How soon until we add Banks to the bust list. Quits on plays and is afraid to tackle. Not a great combination.

Note that the Steelers took a time out instead of a delay of game penalty. Unlike the Giants earlier.
