I've been taking a look at QB Shedeur Sanders, I believe he can play.

Mason Graham DL also looks powerful as well, would love to have him alongside Dexter.

QB yes, Jones is terrible and holding this team way back. DT is a need but not that big a deal and with the money we have invested in Dex, Burns and soon to be Thibs

Thinking the same way, get as close to #1 as possible. Try to harvest rounds 1-3 picks. Schoen so far has had a very good 2024 draft. Maybe he needed time to build his own type of draft/scouting teams in personnel and technology. So far I'm not in love with any of the considered to be top pick QB's.
