Your favorite pasta dishes?

Looks delicious Ed!! I used to love artichokes but I can't eat them anymore. Last time I ate them we were out to dinner with friends. I ordered a grilled half artichoke. Something I ate during the meal gave me food poisoning and I was sick as a dog for about 36 hours. I really don't think it was the artichoke but each time since then that I've tried to eat artichokes my stomach has flipped and I can't do it. I'm sure it's all In my head but I can't seem to get past it.
