Here are his points from his latest podcast (came out yesterday, I just heard it this afternoon)

*  He said Schoen said the Jones decision would be a football decision to avoid DJ filing a grievance.  He went on to say all football decisions involve a business element.  They are not two separate entities, football is a business.

*  He pointed to the 2-8 record and a likely path to the number one pick as evidence that Schoen hasn't done his job.  Instead of making the team better (part of his job it so show improvement), he has made it worse.  He mentioned the DJ $40 mil contract.  He talked about how Schoen likes to point to the Burns trade and leading in sacks, but the defense can't get off the field even with Bryce Young at QB.

* Lombardi was less than impressed that Schoen brought in Russel Wilson and then ended up signing Drew Lock.  He got that they brought in Wilson to give DJ competition (Mike said he respects DJ's toughness but he is simply not good enough) but then Schoen settled for "Drew Lock and Tommy Cold Cuts."

* An exasperated Lombardi asked, "Where is the plan in NY?  He goes on to ask why Mike is sitting in South Jersey scratching his head, wondering what they are doing (the word "idiot" slipped out during the rant).

*  His cohost asked him (acknowledging he is friends with Daboll) if the Giants need a "hard reset" with the organization, Schoen, and Daboll.  He said they have become "Giantized".  He went on to say you never hear them talk about how they are going to beat Dallas or Philie. Instead they seem to just talk about player acquisition in a vacuum.

* He pointed to the Singletary signing and said that they could have had Barkley for a little bit more.  This was recorded before last night's game, but Mike anticipated a big game by Barkley and wondered how Mara would enjoy it.

* Mike challenged the Giants with, "Where is the art of team building here?"

Giants talk starts at the 21:00 mark.
