Forget Beck. If they pick him they will both be fired and never get the opportunity to head coach/GM again. No, it's either Milroe, Ward, or Sanders.

Who is the better player Sanders or Milroe?...or do people maybe think one has a higher upside??

Drew Lock is 6'4", Tommy is 6'2" and Tyrod an inch shorter. I wonder if height had something to do with Lock over Tyrod other than price. Both Tommy and Tyrod had pocket issues last season. All three are mobile.

All the Qbs coming out now a days are 6'2 and mobile. Rarely do we get the 6'4/6'6 traditional drop back passer. They just don't make em that way anymore it seems.

I know the point you were making and I agree, I was simply saying that the qbs of today rarely come out like Josh Allen now.

To not give Tommy at least a chance to start and also be the backup  after he won 3 games last year in this town gives me pause on Daboll as a head coach.

I think there's a difference between giving him a chance because he can't be worse than Jones or giving him a chance because he could be the future of the franchise.

In either case, his winning us games makes it harder to draft the true franchise QB.

Daboll is right to not jeopardize that opportunity.

I definitely don't think he's the future of the franchise. But I do see a scenario where he can be a backup for a long time. Now if Daboll is holding him out because he feels he would actually win games that is 3-D chess to me and I would accept that. Kind of like being a redshirt player.

I just find it so odd that after he did ply and move the team and generate excitement last year he hasn't even come close to a whiff

My answer is no. That is the final frontier for certain teams, and I don't think the Giants are ready to go there.

And of course we can see that right here when people start saying all kinds of stuff about "swagger" and "distractions" and "reports" (wink wink nudge nudge) about certain players based on absolutely nothing except perceptions.

I think giving Devito the reigns was partly designed to send. A message to the locker room because the players know he put it all out there last season, has kept his mouth shut and head down this year, and if he didn't get a chance it would have a ripple effect on what the organization "says" vs what it "does"

Most likely his last chance. He should keep his head on Football and stay far away from the distractions of his family and manager.
