Is this team better since Joe Schoen took over? Are you happy with all the draft picks he did....

Even if Daboll was great, Schoen and his staff suck at OL and CB talent .. that is enough for a team to be a loser pretty consistently.

Why is every 3rd down play we have just "run to the sticks"? Tampa is just lining their DBs along the first down line because they know there's no deep threat.

Daboll needs to go. How do we go 10 plays without trying one pass to Nabers?

Bowles is blitzing - yet Daboll only tried one screen and that was to the TE. 4th and 1 he goes for trickery. Tracy makes a good gain on 2nd down and he removes him on 3rd and manageable. WanDale can't run a route to a marker to save his life. The defense looks like they don't care.

At some point the head coach needs to be held accountable.
