Ugggh.  One good game from Tre, was looking to see what he has down the stretch.  If Tre and Flott pan out, that alleviates a need at corner. As it stands, there are too many risks durability wise with both of them.  Even Dru and Deonte have missed some games.

Here we go again......Hawkins ....plays a really good game and pooh....on IR rest of year...a common theme with potential good players that has haunted this team for years ..

How was it that Eli never misses a game due to injury in his whole career ? 

And today no one can stay on field for the entire year or even the majority of one.

I like Tre and it's sad he didn't get a chance to build off of this game. Hopefully this injury isn't as serious as it sounds.

From what I have heard, it sounds worse than it is.  From what I heard, the injury will not even require surgery.

Few additional notes from practice: The Giants signed OL Jalen McKenzie to the practice squad (going to need name tags in the meeting rooms with all the new faces) and OL Austin Schlottmann, who suffered a broken fibula in practice leading into Week 1, returned to practice for IR.

No reason not to get Schlottmann back in practice since there are four weeks left in the season, so anyone who goes on IR now is done for the season so no need to save any return spots.
