Why not sign Justin Fields, he is only 26, draft either Mason Graham, Johnson CB from Michigan or Kevin Banks.

Better yet, sign Fields , and especially if we have the number 1 pick, trade down just a few spots , get a number 1 next year, plus maybe this years 2 and 3 and next years 3 ?

Fields hasn't done anything to make him more attractive.   On the other hand,the Giants sue are more desperate.

True... but beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

We've been citing examples of QBs who didn't pan out with their teams that drafted them.

Fields spent the season with a SB championship who is still playing at a very good level. I still wouldn't mind bringing him in for a look-see.

I don't get the Fields want or love or whatever you want to call it.  Mayfield and Darnold went to teams with good OLs and very good weapons after 6 years in the league.  Do we think the Giants of next year will have similar talent of offense to either the Vikings or Bucs?  Giants have a WR and a LT. 

Fields has 3 years and hasn't shown any improvement to process data in the pocket and make good decisions.  Yes he has physical tools.  So did Blake Bortles.

Fields set up the Steelers with a winning record while Wilson was recovering from his injury. He would make a good place holder for Sanders or Ward so they don't have to start right away.

Gotta wonder what Russ Wilson does too. Not my favorite guy but he's also a free agent after the season.
