What does that mean it is insured?  Does that mean it wouldn't count against the cap?  Curious how that works.

I've always felt like the Browns wanted a cost controlled rookie contract at QB. Let them reach for one.

The more I thought about this, the more I think this was potentially misinformation to increase the value of the 2nd overall pick.  The Brown's pick only has trade value if teams believe they will be drafting a QB.  So the draft order shakes out, and the Browns pick second, and then, like magic, Watson suffers a setback that would lead people to believe they are now in the QB market.  It's a bit too coincidental to me.
