They shouldn't trade up for any reason IMO.

There will be at least one QB in the second or even third round who will instantly be better than the entire QB room last year.

Whether that QB is a bridge or not, makes little difference as long as they draft nearly as well as they did last year.

This is about roster building until they can find a franchise QB. This year or next.

From Simms to Eli (with an assist from Hoss) our Super Bowl Quarterbacks. Great defense and clutch QB performances...NY Giants Championship football.

I have an old profile still floating around: andrew_nyg....I am one and the same!

I wasn't referring to the Giants trading up, only, I believe, the Titans would, in a heartbeat, trade down to say #3 and still get their man and a slew of other draft picks. They said they are drafting a generational talent, but that would quickly change if offered a great trade.

What worries me the most is Mara and company thinking lightning can strike twice in that we sort of traded up for Eli and do they think it could happen again? Not with this year's class of QBs.
I HATE TO INCLUDE THE WORD NASTY< BUT THAT IS PART OF BEING A WINNING FOOTBALL TEAM.

Yeah. You can't trust the liars poker that goes on at draft time at all. I would draft either Hunter or Carter for them...best players. Can't really argue that Ward or Sanders are in their class unless you value the position too much.

They may like Darnold in a friendly environment with an offensive minded HC in Callahan.
