Pinnock was a quietly bad piece of the Giants last year.  His screw ups and failings rarely drew attention, but he certainly contributed to the bad results on defense.

He over-performed his status until last year. Asked to read and react in a Bowen D that needs good ability to read plays, rapid acceleration to close gaps and range to cover large areas he was a total liability as his athletic limitations were brutally exposed. Every time he was targeted it was a first down.
