Not too worried about this one.

andrew_nyGiants

The Eagirls for all their cockiness, have lost significant talent this offseason.
From Simms to Eli (with an assist from Hoss) our Super Bowl Quarterbacks. Great defense and clutch QB performances...NY Giants Championship football.

I have an old profile still floating around: andrew_nyg....I am one and the same!

Well, they DID win a Super Bowl, which might account for some cockiness.

They've clearly lost more than they've gained in free agency, which was inevitable.

In the last two days, though, the Iggles have replaced some lost depth pieces.

Dillon for Gainwell, Adoree for Isaiah Rodgers, and some guy from the Raiders to replace TE Jack Stoll.

I think the Giants have blown the Cowboys away in free agency.  If they can find an acceptable QB, I think they could finish third in the NFC East.

The fact that Keith Richards has outlived Richard Simmons, sure makes me question this whole, "healthy eating and exercise" thing

With all the respect in the world for you, Steve, as long as the Cowboys' offensive line continues to maul the Giants' defensive line, and their defense toys with the Giants' offense, especially when the Cowboys were completely decimated last season, the truth is that it is going to take a cataclysmic collapse in Dallas, and a miraculous draft of dominating talent for the Giants, to even begin narrowing the gap between the two teams, not to mention the other two teams in the NFC East.

The Giants have been given the golden key to the cellar of the NFC East for a reason and their rivals losing players won't be the reason they'll find their way out of the cellar anytime soon.

Sorry, but we've seen and heard this dance over and over. I'll believe it when I see it.

Peace!

P.S. You DO know Jackson was signed so that the Iggles could capture the defensive playbook, not that they really needed to, but ensuring they leave no stone unturned.

"Dave Jennings was one of the all-time great Giants. He was a valued member of the Giants family for more than 30 years as a player and a broadcaster, and we were thrilled to include him in our Ring of Honor. We will miss him dearly." (John Mara)

I dunno.  What the Cowboys have done is shockingly inept.  Looks like Jerry Jones went by grades he had on players coming out of college three and four years ago, and signed a bunch of flat-out busts.

Just b/c it's a cliche to say that Jones is 83 and out of touch doesn't mean it isn't true. The Giants have a plan for free agency, the Cowboys are just winging it.
