I'm fine with Flacco or Wilson, as long as a QBOTF is waiting behind them and we don't have to pay much. This will be a rebuilding season anyway.

I'm not fine with Rodgers. He's a dingbat. We don't need his baggage.

I don't want Flacco. He's too imobile and old

This diva stuff is interesting?

Has he had anything official from any team where he's deliberately stalling?

From as far as I can tell, nobody has offered him anything to turn down yet.

Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."

Flacco is a consummate pro..good guy and still has an amazing arm..no doubt. Even at 40..yes you might snicker..but he can still throw the rock well..give him credit..and certainly knows what he is being asked to do..

Please go sign Wilson. NOW Joe!

Do NOT leave us without a QB or else we are done with you and your act

So tired of this guy. Just go away..discuss many world physics with Kaku..meet the Dalai Lama..run over hot coals..go to the CERN in Switzerland..invent a philosophical construct..leave the planet for Mars..anything..go away!!!!

Spider,

I didn't mean to offend you at all. I am just very frustrated at the up and downs of this whole debacle

Oh you didn't, Trench..at all. I'm just fed up with the Rodgers saga..everyone here knows I never get upset..it's just not that important.

If that's true I commend the Vikings, whether JJ turns out good or not.

They are focused on the long-term future

Think whatever you want about Aaron Rodgers, but man, the first wk of free agency has been a DISASTER for Russell Wilson. Your most recent team doesn't want you #Steelers. You couldn't reach a deal w the other team w an open job #Giants. And you couldn't even get an offer from #Browns who only have Kenny Pickett. Ouch.

Imagine if the Giants drafted McCarthy last year instead on Nabors. The won 3 games with Nabors and even if McCarthy didn't play, and all else was equal, they would have the third pick and having no Nabors would draft either Hunter or McMillan. And no big search for a QB.

The other side of that is imagine they take Hunter at #3, Dart later in the 1st and all of a sudden their rookie QB has Nabers, Hunter, Slayton, Wandale, Theo, Tracy, and if they would ever decide to play him Hyatt around him.

There's no real evidence to suggest JJ coming off injury (or healthy for that matter) is any better than Sanders or Dart.  And if they get a QB this year he'd be walking into a much better situation than JJ would have been walking into last year.  Now if they swing and miss on QBs in the draft and in free agency that's another story.

The only evidence that is clear is that the Giants are desperate for two QBs. Desperate.
