The league doesn't have to stop it, the players can on the field. If I was a player I would find it very insulting to be tush pushed. Carl Banks and others have said that there is a whole bunch of unseen violence that takes place in piles. What would be the effect on a nose if a 300+lb defensive tackle's finger went deep and right/left? Hurts would be out of the game with a non-serious broken bloody nose. Next pick any receiver on the iggles, and when he is crossing the field looking for the ball nail him from yards away at full speed, and tell him that's for tush push. Make it personal. Football is a violent collision sport. Then it's up to our owner to defend his team's actions with the league.
