sure is the most expensive.  Between the millions he spent on her real estate to the bad PR he is getting with her as his PR person, they don't get more expensive...

How Jordon Hudson, 24, amassed $8 million real estate portfolio within months of meeting Bill Belichick

NEW: Bill Belichick rips CBS Sports for "selectively editing" his interview over the weekend to make his girlfriend Jordon Hudson look bad.

Belichick is suggesting that CBS set him up after previously agreed-upon conditions were "not honored."

"I agreed to speak with CBS Sunday Morning to promote my new book, 'The Art of Winning – Lessons from My Life in Football.' Prior to this interview, I clearly communicated with my publicist at Simon & Schuster that any promotional interviews I participated in would agree to focus solely on the contents of the book."

"Unfortunately, that expectation was not honored during the interview. I was surprised when unrelated topics were introduced, and I repeatedly expressed to the reporter, Tony Dokoupil, and the producers that I preferred to keep the conversation centered on the book."

"After this occurred several times, Jordon, with whom I share both a personal and professional relationship, stepped in to reiterate that point to help refocus the discussion."

"She was not deflecting any specific question or topic but simply doing her job to ensure the interview stayed on track. Some of the clips make it appear as though we were avoiding the question of how we met, but we have been open about the fact that Jordon and I met on a flight to Palm Beach in 2021."

"The final eight-minute segment does not reflect the productive 35-minute conversation we had, which covered a wide range of topics related to my career. Instead, it presents selectively edited clips and stills from just a few minutes of the interview to suggest a false narrative – that Jordon was attempting to control the conversation – which is simply not true."

UNC needs to give Belichick an ultimatum. Either get this whole situation under control, or let's part ways and we'll buy you out.

I am pretty confident that this nonsense is not what they thought they were signing up for.

I don't see what the hubbub is about. If Bill is OK with her, then that should be where it ends.

The problem is that Bill has mixed his sex life with his professional life.  At work, he makes his subordinates CC his girlfriend on emails.    Hard Knocks dropped following NC because Bill's girlfriend demanded to be an executive producer.   It's pretty embarrassing when his young girlfriend instructed Bill (on camera) on which questions he could and couldn't answer in an interview.

It seems Bill is allowing little Bill to ruin his professional reputation as he attempts to please his girlfriend/granddaughter stand-in.

I think quite a few people find the 50-year age difference a bit creepy on Bill's part and a bit gold-digging on Hudson's part.

Still, if Bill had kept his private life private, one could argue that who Bill chooses to date and to whom Bill chooses to give his money is his business.  Only he didn't...

Whether he mixes his business with his pleasure, it is still his business... peronally and professionally. Whether he makes his life private or public, it doesn't give anyone the right to reframe it the way they see fit.

From what I hear, Bill's employer is less than happy with all of this.  Do you think all these stories will impact Bill's desired return to the NFL?

I wonder how the pearl clutching general public would feel if someone crawled up their ass with a microscope and criticized their lifestyle with righteous indignation?

Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Bill's employer can be as unhappy as he wants to be. Does it affect Bill's ability to do the job he was hired for?

If there is an NFL owner that wants to hire Bill and Bill wants to work for that owner and franchise, it will happen.

The interviewer, Tony Dokoupil, is a douche bag for asking questions that Bill already stated were not up for discussion. And then, CBS decides to frame the footage to make it look like something it wasn't. They're all POSs.

It might well affect it, yes. His insistence that this 24 year old girlfriend with zero football background be copied on all work-related email correspondence to him is totally awkward and inappropriate, and it might well inhibit his colleagues from communicating him in the manner that they otherwise would if it were the appropriate audience. Her being CCd on all these emails would be particularly disruptive if she herself chimed in in email dialogues that she shouldn't even be reading in the first place, let alone sending emails in. I don't know if she did the latter, but hjust her being included in those chains is totally inappropriate and should have never happened in the first place. I think it's very likely it had an impact on Bill's ability to do his job to the best of his ability, which includes making his colleagues comfortable communicating freely with him.

Then the fact that she runs around the field during practices (recorded on tape) could be seen to be a significant distraction, to say the absolute least.

Finally, attracting a media circus around his personal life, which he has allowed to be not only very public but also to be pretty much controlled by his girlfriend is going to draw a ton of extra non-football related media attention to him, which can easily impact his ability to do his job.

I actually view it as almost a given that all of this is impacting his ability to do his job to the best of his ability.

By the way, I have no interest in judging Belichick for whom he chooses to date or what he does in his private life. That's entirely his business. But if he wants to be the head coach of a major football program, his private life should be exactly that: private.
