Lenn - here's a video of how the U.S. was really built. It's all about rivers, favorable soil, favorable weather, and natural resources. According to this documentary, pretty much any type of government or people from any cultural background, would've turned the U.S. into an unequaled worldwide powerhouse simply due to geography
