Again, I know it's early but we love these sorts of things.

Myself, I do not see us beating the Steelers in Pitts and the NO is a tossup as to how the season has progressed. I see us beating the Colts but after that, unless something drastic happens, I see a 6-11, 7-10 season.

It's been a slow moving car crash ever since that ridiculous late penalty in game four, leading to the game winning goal for Carolina. Been a complete disaster since then. Our guys look utterly lethargic in comparison to the opponent.

At this point (second intermission) the Hurricanes are now a favorite in this series. I know nobody wants to hear that, and I don't either, but it's a fact.

I agree about Atlanta. They have some legit weapons, and now they will finally have competent QB play. Could be an interesting team this year. I won't be surprised at all if they win that division.

What a disgusting collapse this is going to be.  While there's no excuse when you're up 3-0 in a series a lot of this will rest on Drury's shoulders.  Added absolutely nothing at the deadline to help the Rangers in the playoffs.  Two guys who lack offense and are complete non factors.

I think Atlanta is going to be tuff this year. I think they are going to be a good team with QB Cousins and Giants playing in their stadium. The good part is, it will be much warmer there than the NE.

1 out and a runner on 1st base

The runner is stealing on the pitch. The batter trying to protect the runner, swings and misses the pitch but his momentum carries him over home plate and sort of inhibits the catcher's throw to 2nd. The runner is safe at second.

Is this legal and play continues?

a---Batter stays up and the runner stays at 2nd as the batter's action wasn't intentional
b--- Batter stays at bat but the runner has to return to 1st base.
c--- Batter is out for interfering with the catcher's throw but the runner stays at 2nd
d---Batter is out for interfering with the catcher's throw and runner returns to 1st.
e-- it's a do-over

Not as bad of a period as the shots on goal indicated but not good either. They better figure things out quick....
