He's drafted some nice young players in Grimes, McBride, etc. Toppin was a fine pick but nobody expected Randle's career to have a huge resurgence that put Toppin in the bench.
He signed Thibs as coach who has done a nice job.

Knicks have more flexibility than they ever have.
