I don't think Arch will come out early unless the Saints plummet to the bottom with the first pick. Believe he will be judicious with his timing like Peyton was..Eli too in where he goes.

Want to watch T Kaydyn Proctor of Bama closely..especially with Elemunor likely headed to a big pay day in the office season. And Mauigoa
of Miami..too. Seems also a CB laden draft as well (Banks on watch).

Arch may not have an option, he's living on family name right now. Beating a division 2 team and the worst team in the SEC isn't necessarily spectacular. There is a ton of talent coming out this offseason Sellers, Leavitt, Klubnick, and Nussmeier. There is no guarentee that he's going to be the first pick.

Spencer Fano did amazing at LT and was the best tackle in college last year. He'll be a true RT prospect in 2026.

Also the tackle and guard free agency market will be the biggest it has been in a decade, so Elumenor might not get the money that he thinks he can get and we could quite possibly upgrade easily.

Our defense is under contract for the next several years, now it's time to get a few extra olinemen and Wrs.

Arch probably won't come out this year. He doesn't need money in the first place, and even if he does he's going to make more this year at Texas than he would as a rookie NFL player.

Money isn't even the point though. He'll stay an extra year in college if he believes it will make him a better NFL player, which I suspect is the advice he is getting from his family.

With the above said, while I do agree he has not been tested meaningfully yet, he will certainly face a stern test this year, facing OSU and an SEC schedule that includes Georgia, A+M, and others. If he looks awesome this year (ie better than any other college QB in a robust QB class), he will without question be the number one pick, and depending on who that team is, he may well come out.

I'd probably put it at 65/35 right now in favor of him staying at Texas for the 2026 season.

I think my list would be a lot different as a college football diehard.

Any thoughts? Anyone left off or overrated?
