I don't know. The pick had nothing to do with anything Belton did. He just happened to be in the right spot on a ball that was badly overthrown. The fumble could have been recovered by any of 5 players converging on the ball carrier. Sometimes things really are just dumb luck.

Those 2 first rounders seemed like franchise changers at the time. Hasn't happened. No where close
