Hopefully they don't get too confident going up against Neal in practice!     

In addition to clearly being an excellent football player, Burns seems like a natural leader who will be both liked and respected (a great combination).

I remain extremely high on this trade, including both the price we paid and also what Burns is going to bring to the table for us.
