Dex is a beast and one perhaps the best draft pick of the Gettleman era.  I think that Dex is a prime example of what great coaching brings to the table.  In Dex's first 3 seasons, Dex was good but not great.  Bring in one of the best D line coaches in the league, in Andre Patterson, and suddenly Dex takes his game to a whole new level.
