Good news in general on some of these camp injuries (Theo especially but also Nubin).

If Daboll couldn't even say whether Neal would be ready for week one, the Giants really should just commit to Eleumenor now as the RT and plan on him starting. Neal has been way too bad to consider putting him in in week one, even if he's cleared, if he has missed most or all of camp. That seems crazy to me. I'm assuming it won't happen but it better not.

Any reports on CB 2 & 3? All the focus seems to be on Banks and the Safeties.
"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."

The Giants are signing CB Breon Borders, who had a tryout on Friday, per source. He's appeared in 32 career games while spending time on 12 teams in his seven-year career. Those stops included Buffalo with Joe Schoen and Tennessee with Shane Bowen.

This is the corresponding move for the Nathan Rourke release.

Quote from: bamagiantfan on July 28, 2024, 09:56:24 AMPeople, even smart football people, see what they want to see based on what they are looking at. The focus is on Jones and he missed some deep throws in preseason camp. So what? Has any pundit raised an eyebrow that WRs are consistently running free behind our defense? No. They see what they want to see. Banks has a bad day and they say is is showing some rust and learning and adjusting to Nabors. Apparently Jones is supposed to be locked in on Boykin and Nabors 40-50 yards downfield but the CBs and safeties are getting a pass. Nabors calls his own numbers and catches a deep ball and he is a "dog". Who threw the pass I wonder?

Its been 3 days. Deep breaths everyone. Deep breaths.

Same thing happened last year but the opposite.

With game 1 more than 30 days away and almost all of offseason missed, Dabs still can't say Neal will be ready or say exactly what his injury is?

Why does this sound (at least to me) like some kind of emotional problem?

12 teams in 7 years.  Don't we have some of that Barkley cap space available, so we can shop outside of the bargain bin?
