He is niftier- hands offs are sure and deceptive

has better vision

quicker release

stronger arm

better decision maker

knows the offense cold

can make the long throws outside the numbers and not shy about them

knows how to evade a collapsing pocket and toss it out of reach or bounds

can run the QB sneak successfully

better HS/college pedigree than the other two

Reminds me a bit of Tony Romo but better calm decision making

not as fast as Jones but close enough

He is a vocal leader and his teammates respond to his demeanor and success

Tough and far less fragile than the other two

far more confident out there  for good reason- he is a consistent winner.... the others losers

Lets face it Jones and Lock are making bug money and big money but if all salaries were equal Devito would definitely be the starter ;)   Jones is only on the team due to Mara's man crush and the ridiculous salary he is getting guaranteed

Daboll and Schoen are now officially on the hot seat......dont want to ride the hot seat with two cold QBs
I Would not

Comparing him to Romo is a bit hyperbolic, in my opinion

He was the best QB who played last night. That's about all I can say at this point.

Now, if I was going to say more it would be that he played 3+ quarters and managed the Offense to only 14 points on two rushing TDs against a lot of players in the second half who won't be on an NFL roster. If that doesn't make you root for a healthy Daniel Jones, I don't think anything will.

How so? Romo had good success but could not rise up in the playoffs

Much like Dallas present QB....Im not saying DeVito would spit the bit in the playoffs
He is not a Cowboy, at least, not yet  >:D

Jones is a LOSER surrounded by sycophants and lame excuses

Jones won't make it to mid season is my prediction
Why-

Hesitant
Not pocket aware
can't see the whole field
takes off too easily
terrified of the long ball
inaccurate
slow release
poor vocal leadership characteristics- basically a shy individual

need I go on

Because, he won 3 NFL games sure, but he is not some bonafide playoff superstar like you are implying.

I like the guy, but he is not at that level, I would love for him  to be, not sure what the potential is to become it, but present day hes not.

Theres a reason Tyrod came back in when healthy.

Blues - I'm no major fan of jones (rooting hard for him to prove me wrong)....but I can say for certain he is a lot better than Devito. That isn't a knock on Devito.

Devito doesn't see the field all that great either in my opinion. He also holds onto the ball too long. Both of these traits will be better with experience so the final act is yet to be written

Oh Jesus Xmas.  2 threads in 5 minutes because they won a pre-season game against back-ups. ::)

Tyrod came back because Daboll loves the guy and did not want to further embarrass him with nothing to play for

Also I suspect DeVito had an undisclosed concussion from that cheap (aren't they always) shot from New Orleans- The bounty hunters

Pass some of that Kool Aid over here would you?

Jones is a documented worst NFL QB starter in many many polls

He is simply TERRIBLE and since we made him half a Billionaire he's gotten worse

I sat in the stands n the Superdome and watched Devito play last season.
No, I don't ever want to see him as the starter again.
Yes, despite everything you said, Daniel Jones is a far better option.

so Tommy can have a bad game after a head shot but Jones can have 57 bad ones and onwards we stumble

please people said the same about over rated Barkley and now?

You lose all credibility when you make an absurd statement that Jones had 57 bad games in a row.

How can he lose what he never had to begin with?
