The Giants waived/injured tight end Tyree Jackson in a corresponding move. He was supposed to be tomorrow's emergency 3rd QB if Drew Lock can't serve as one. Jackson had a back issue and then appeared to aggravate it or sustain a new injury yesterday when he dove to catch a low Tommy DeVito pass during a jog thru. He threw his helmet and was in clear pain. It's a shame, he was having a good camp with the reserves

Bummer
- Accumulating knowledge is pointless unless it is used to help someone

I actually like this addition better.

Swap out a - blocker for a + blocker.

This team needs to block better. They don't need another receiving TE.

I have a hunch that's not the last we will see of Tyree Jackson. Just guessing. Bob
If Jeff Hostetler could do it, Daniel Jones can do it !!!

I hope so, Bob. Hoping he didn't suffer damage to one of his disks that might require surgery. He is way too young to be having a knife mess around with his lumbar spinal column.

Peace!

"Dave Jennings was one of the all-time great Giants. He was a valued member of the Giants family for more than 30 years as a player and a broadcaster, and we were thrilled to include him in our Ring of Honor. We will miss him dearly." (John Mara)

H-Town G-Fan

Seems like a guy whose body won't let him see what could be. Litany of small, nagging injuries (many without real game contact). Unfortunate.

I was thinking the same.  Thinking they bring him back in after cutdowns if he is healthy.
