I think because of the holiday, the press only had Zoom interviews with Daboll, Adoree Jackson, and Darius Slayton.  Since they weren't at the facilities, they wouldn't have been privy to any workouts (which as you noted, take place on Tuesdays)

The only roster announced today was:
