These back and forths are just tiresome, IMO, and add little of value.
I'd rather be a disappointed optimist than a vindicated pessimist.

Generous use of the word "little."

Quote from: B1GBLUE on September 27, 2024, 09:21:22 AMdid we watch the same game? jones put a perfect tight window throw past a diving defender to wandale on third down that may have broken for a HUGE play. Jones moved the chains all night... not sure how you can say he didn't put drives together. He wasnt great and missed on some deep throws, but if they come down with any of those catches we are not having this discussion right now.

When you cannot physically throw he ball far enough to connect on deep passes, then you are not an NFL QB.  Those misses were REALLY bad.

i agree there. its confusing because he has also OVERTHROWN a handful this year. so that tells me its a timing/chemistry thing. He is still coming off an ACL from less than a year ago, and has not had a lot of time to get a ton of work in. that being said, its week 4. gotta start at least showing signs its going to come. and it does not look good there.

Yea I have an agenda alright . I want the Giants to be good and for footbal to be fun again. It is rather tricky to accomplish when you pay a back up QB 40 nil a year in a caped league that is the most important position in football.

You have a small margin for error and a coservative offense because Daniel Jones is your QB. That is the point. So everybody else has to be perfect and can't drop a pass when they caught 13 passes for 115 yards ? That is totally fair and reasonable / no agenda there at all
So Daboll himself told you that the Giants run a conservative offense because of Jones? Or is that just you with your typical agenda? The reality is that neither you or anyone here knows for sure. Would suggest you stop presenting your opinions as facts.
