Not much details yet, but it according to Adam Schefter the Jets have fired Robert Saleh after a 2-3 start.

Yeah..he did..but it's over already the Rodgera Era. He is just a guy now. His dramatics add to nothing..fools gold

It's ironic since I don't think it was Saleh who threw 3 INTs in the Vikings game. Still, I had been hearing a lot of negative commentary about the Jets' head coach.

I don't think firing Saleh will make 40-year-old Aaron Rodgers any younger.   I guess dysfunctional teams tend to do dysfunctional things.

This picture perfectly captures what happens when a 40-year-old man decides to play a violent contact sport with 20-somethings.

I also did not have Saleh on my list of HCs likely to be the first one fired (although, again, Mike Lombardi has been ripping this guy most of this young season).

Rodgers went crom a great QB to one friggin weird dude.

Pinning your hopes on an aged QB who wasn't great his last season before coming to you and then had a serious injury a few snaps into his first campaign... Well, it's interesting to say the least.

I guess it's not surprising though. Johnson had been chasing an established QB for more than a decade ever since Peyton spurred him for the Broncos.

He's awful. And now he can't really play anymore.

Saleh will make someone a fine DC.

Salah was in over his head.  Good defensive guy but not a head coach.  As for the Jets their fans overrated them as usual.  They have some nice players but they're not a Super Bowl team.  As for Rodgers they should've learned their lesson with Farve.  This wasn't Tampa bringing in Brady. 

Fortunately for us Giant fans no matter what travails we endure, we have the jets to brighten our days.

7 NFL head coaches were hired in 2021..just over 3 yrs later, only 2 still hold those positions (Sirianni, Campbell)
