"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."

He played well enough for the team to win. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder. Very interested to see how aggressive and determined he is next week.

Yet, the team lost, and it wasn't even close.  Clearly, elite QB play isn't going to solve all the team's issues.

Daniel Jones outplayed Jayden Daniels, lol.

What about the rest of the teams PFF grades? Why just Jones?

I think Ed lets me do my weekly heroes and goats thread.  I just posted it

174 yards and barely throwing in the 1st half is so elite.

It sure seems like the entire team is good at that. They managed to lose with and without Daniel Jones and if Daniel plays well or poorly

They've turned over the entire roster since Jones arrived... other than Dex and Slayton. They've turned over the coaching staff multiple times. The one constant throughout all the losing is the QB.

Of course not. And it shouldn't be expected to.

Daniels had a higher RTG & QBR, I wouldn't even say Jones outplayed him. Solid game by Jones but just saying.

When he has a good game, and it's the one thing that can be celebrated, it's at least worth a tip of the cap. This loss was not on DJ. He's been beaten up enough, and he deserves a shout-out. Especially after that bull run for a TD.
