Looks like all it took was a swap of Dal 4th for CAR 7th

I don't like this at all, I think in a better environment this guy can play, now I hope that is not the case.

lol why do we even care at this point?

Hard to say which environment is worse, Carolina, Dallas or the Giants.

Should we just stop watching football forever?

I'd probably rank them Dallas, Giants, Carolina from best to worst.

At least Dallas is usually competitive and good most years until the playoffs, failures aside they are much further ahead. They also draft fairly well.

Can we merge all the deadline threads into one thread please?

Just not sure we should care about Mingo but that's just me. More concerned about who we move "out" vs "in" at this juncture and how we continue a rebuild. Dallas is basically on the same decline we started a few years ago so I'm not sure I deem their moves relevant. But hey, you do you.

If you do not care, you do you, no need to be negative.

I like others, are just posting the info for those that enjoy staying informed. It's a division rival, so it has relevancy to the Giants. If you don't care, there is no obligation for a response.

I enjoy staying informed, I just voiced an opinion that the post is not really relevant to the Giants. We agree to disagree. I am not being negative, I just voiced my disagreement with the value of the post.

Lastly, to say there is no obligation for a response is a bit provocative - Are you saying those that disagree with you should be silent? Interesting.........

So what you are saying is everyone should only post stuff that you specifically are interested in, or that you define as relevant? Is that correct?

It is a fact that it is relevant to the Giants, it's moves being made in the division, teams and players they play twice a a year. If that fact, simply is not a subject you are interested in, move along. It isn't hard.

You're right and you're wrong.  To an extent the Mingo trade is not relevant to the Giants, hence the NGT tag.  As a relatively new poster you may not be aware that this tag signifies the post is about football, but not about the Giants.

On the other hand, the Mingo trade does impart information about what's going on in the deadline trade market, and that would have relevance to the Giants if they'd get their heads out of their butts.
I'd rather be a disappointed optimist than a vindicated pessimist.

Not slowing my roll

Literally means nothing (to some, not all). Just see things differently and that's ok. A poster for years isn't "new"

And you as well. I don't need to move along, I can just point that Dallas getting a WR in my opinion (which I believe is the point of a message board) is that I see little value in this trade as relevant to the current state of the Giants. Not my fault you are crying that someone didn't think your post was earth shattering and ground breaking in relevance. Sooooooo
