Coughlin has 2 rings as a Head Coach, Holmgren has 1.

With all the other stats being close, I think it's plenty fair to give the nod to TC. Super Bowls obviouly matter tremendously.

Not to mention building a team from scratch and making the playoffs in 4 of his first 5 years including 2 AFC championship games.

Coughlin definitely deserves it but I'm not getting bent out of shape about it taking some time. That's how it goes with coaches a lot of the time. Look at Parcells.
