For all you Seinfeld fans, today Dec 23, is the holiday of Festivus. If you don't know about  Festivus, it is a time for letting people know your grievances and airing them out.
Boy can we use this holiday about now.

I HATE TO INCLUDE THE WORD NASTY< BUT THAT IS PART OF BEING A WINNING FOOTBALL TEAM.

I thought it was a permanent daily holiday here.

Ah, the Festivus "Airing of Grievances"! Let's dive into the frustrations surrounding the 2024 New York Giants and their dismal 2-13 record. Here are the grievances:

1. Coaching Decisions
> Questionable play-calling, especially on key downs, has left fans scratching their heads.
> Failure to adapt the game plan to opponents or make effective in-game adjustments.
> Clock management issues that seem to cost the team momentum or points.

2. Quarterback Play
> Inconsistent quarterback performances—whether it's turnovers, poor decision-making, or missed throws.
> A lack of chemistry with the wide receivers, leading to a sputtering passing game.

3. Offensive Line Woes
> Still one of the league's worst units despite multiple offseason investments.
> Constant penalties and blown assignments have turned the offense into a sack factory.

4. Injuries
> An endless carousel of injuries to key players, leaving the team relying on backups who aren't ready for prime time.
> Lack of durability in positions like running back and wide receiver has hamstrung any chance for sustained success.

5. Defensive Meltdowns
> A run defense that's about as sturdy as wet tissue paper.
> Poor tackling, blown coverages, and a non-existent pass rush at critical moments.
> The defense's inability to get off the field on third downs.

6. Front Office Missteps

>Missed opportunities in the draft and free agency to address glaring holes on the roster.
> Overpaying for players who haven't delivered (again!).

7. Lack of Discipline

> Penalties at the worst possible times, wiping out big plays or extending opponents' drives.
> Mental errors that highlight a lack of focus and preparation.

8. Special Teams Failures

> Missed field goals and extra points in key moments.
> Poor punt and kick coverage that routinely puts the defense in bad spots.

9. Lack of Identity

> Are they a running team? A passing team? A defensive juggernaut? No one knows because they're bad at all of it.
> The team seems lost week to week, with no clear strategy or plan to build on.

10. Fan Disillusionment

> Season ticket holders feel like they've been sold a lemon— again.
> The fan base is tired of hearing "rebuild" when this has been a recurring theme for over a decade.

Excellent list, Rich!  =D>

I would add:

11. Owner Involvement

> Public comments regarding the team and/or players indirectly influence decisions
> Nepotism
