He is the QB coach with the Broncos and look how Nix has turned out .

I want someone who has experience of calling plays.

Why would he leave? He has a young QB that he has chemistry with and is developing. Why would he come to NY and who would he be working with?

He wouldn't. Would have to be a promotion. And the next step up from QB Coach is OC.

I can't think of many who would. Why would anyone leave a nice situation where things are going well to go to a terrible situation with much higher taxes, more expensive housing, a head coach who screams at everyone, and a meddling owner who hovers over you in every offseason meeting?

He is the QB coach not the OC . Joe Lombardi, Vince's grandson, is the OC for the Broncos. Ben Johnson, came to the Lions in 2019 as an offensive quality control coach, whatever that means . He was promoted to OC in 2022.He is now THE HOT ASSISTANT and will probably be the Bears next HC.

I have no idea who Webb would be working with . If it is Daboll, there has to be an understanding that he can no longer call the offensive plays.

I would not mind Brian Flores as HC if he and the Giants can patch up their differences . Brian Flores as HC, Davis Webb as OC, Robert Salah as DC. Keep Bricillo, Patterson, and Henderson . As to the other coaches I cannot make an intelligent evaluation of them.

It's likely the Giants will promote- Shea Tierney, Offensive Passing Game Coordinator/QB Coach, to OC

He was given some play-calling duties in 2023 by Daboll (when he was taking things away from Kafka)

Good point about him being the QB coach.

As far as who he'd be working with, I was referring to who he would have as QB.

If I was the new flavor of the month, the last place I would come as a coordinator is the Giants or anyone else whose GM and HC may have only 1 season left.
