All of those guys make good points.  But I'm so sick of the Barkley stuff.  So tired of hearing we didn't pay him.  He wasn't going to be great here,  and from a strictly salary cap construction perspective,  Tracy at under a million is a much better value than Saquon at $12 million or what he's making on his new contract.

That said,  the culture commentary is a very fair conversation.

Dude I've been right there with Peter, I've been saying we are a qb away not from being elite but a really solid super young team. The average age of our defense Is 25 years old, we could have a young elite d for a long time. Get us a qb and we are competitive.

Also watched our interviews from the new guys and we stole Golson from the cowboys. Kid is going to be great, and is so excited to work with Lawrence. I also think we got steals with adebo and holland.

Watched Bobby's breakdown on him and it seems he was not used effectively last year on the edge..that his value is moving him situationally to DT also and doesn't have elite pass rush speed but an effective depth pickup. Good player with pop.
