I haven't recalled such a concerted effort this early in the NFL "new year" where the Giants focused heavily on Special Teams (Punter, kick returner, the ace from Ravens, now this fella)....its good to see and a noticeable change in off season philosophy - at least from what I can remember off hand

We haven't seen this sort of focus on ST players, since Joe Judge left.   Usually you get your ST players from the LBs, RBs, CBs, WRs, and even TEs you draft.  I wonder if these signings are more of a hint of a trade up.
