Seems to me is an indication of how the teams weigh this Draft Class. There are plenty of QBs who will be available late first and in the Second Round and later. I see this class as a class not ready for prime time. I wouldn't be surprised if a QB isn't picked in the first two slots. In my opinion, Ward, Sanders and Dart are a year from being productive and up to speed at this level. I wouldn't start any of them day one. I also don't see much space between them and between them and the rest of the crop. If the Giants had any confidence in any of them, Flacco would have been signed days ago as break in QB. Instead, Rodgers is considered at least a one year starter, and the same with Wilson. It's very possible if either are signed, then the Giants first pick is not a QB.
"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."
~ Coach Tom Coughlin

Great points Ed. I am right there with you.
From Simms to Eli (with an assist from Hoss) our Super Bowl Quarterbacks. Great defense and clutch QB performances...NY Giants Championship football.

I have an old profile still floating around: andrew_nyg....I am one and the same!
