At this point, what else would you like to see the Giants do at QB ?

I see little to no value in drafting a QB at 3 who amounts to the 20th or worse player in the draft, as well as, having a lower relative rank than QBs the GMen passed over last year. 

I would struggle to see how Sanders could be justified at 3.

Desperate times. I agree. Draft Milroe or Schough in 2nd. Don't give up anything for a QB this year unless it's Ward. Though I would not be surprised if Sanders turns out to be an excellent pro in the right situation.

If we'd just lost one more game, we'd have had the first pick this year. We could have given it up to get enough picks to draft him next year or we could have taken Ward.

As it is, I dont believe we're capable of positioning ourselves to guarantee him.  That's to say he's even what we need.

This might be the desperation talking, but I am actually leaning on signing Rodgers (if he agrees) and then drafting Milroe in round 2.  I haven't quite talked myself into that same plan with signing Russell Wilson, at least not yet.
