Keep in mind with the Gano injury, is that Gillan is the normal holder on place kicks, working with the long snapper. So, on a place kick, the Giants are missing both the regular place kicker AND the normal holder.

I don't think he had the space .... at least he was aware and still tried to make a play knowing it was a 2 pt conversion attempt

Finally see Jones with emotion on sideline!...that is a positive sign.

Still has to remain calm as u saw on 2 point conversion - I gotta believe someone was open somewhere but he was locked on and seemed hesitant to run or throw.

Anyway - excellent job getting the TD inside 2 minutes. EXCELLENT JOB!

You know what is funny to me .... with Jones....

I feel like he has much better touch on his hard thrown rocket passes rather than his soft passes

Up until last week I was always a Jones defender but I never felt like he can just gracefully drop a nice soft ball in the bucket

Even on the TD pass he seemed unsure on how to softly give it to an open Nabers

Either way not a terrible half by Jones and good drive to end the half
