"Rebuilding" like this gives a double bang.  You get more draft choices and you make your natural draft choices more valuable by moving up their positions.

Actually that's not true. Jones rose to 12th in QBR and Daboll said he was "locked in". So he hasn't been terrible all season. As to the last game, I guess you are of the belief that a QB is supposed to play well amidst 8 sacks, 10 hits and 10 hurries?
